This moist chocolate zucchini bread made with sour cream is just a like a cake! Full of chocolate chips, this is definitely something any chocolate lover would be sure to appreciate! It is cooked in a loaf pan and can be eaten for breakfast (I won't judge!), snack, or even dessert.

This is a very easy chocolate zucchini bread recipe:
step one: stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and set aside
step two: stir together oil and sugar until smooth
step three: mix in eggs, sour cream and vanilla
step four: add the flour mixture to the oil mixture and stir until smooth (batter will be very thick)
step five: stir in the zucchini and chocolate chips until evenly distributed
step six: bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes, or toothpick inserted into center comes out clean
This zucchini loaf stays fresh when stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. It can also be frozen for up to three months. Wrap in plastic wrap followed by tin foil for the freezer, thaw overnight in the fridge for best results.

Preheat the oven to 350 F, grease a 9x5" loaf pan and set aside
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside
n a large bowl, stir together the sugar, oil and brown sugar until smooth, the add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla and stir again
Add the flour mixture to the oil mixture and stir until completely combined, batter will be quite thick
Add the zucchini and chocolate chips and stir to combine, pour into prepared loaf pan and top with additional chocolate chips if desired. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool at least 20 minutes before removing from pan
