Nothing beats a cookie fresh out of the oven, especially when those cookies are thick, soft, and jam-packed full of chocolate chips and M&Ms. These are so delicious, I dare you to stop at just one!
These are going to make your house smell amazing. I walked up to my husbands office and opened his door to proudly gloat about the smell coming from the kitchen after I finished baking them. He was down to eat one not long after. The verdict (from a mouthful of cookie) was that they're delicious.
The cookies are simple to make, and they come together quickly. The chill time is what helps keep the cookies nice and thick, so make sure you pop the dough in the fridge while your oven is preheating! If you skip it the cookies will still taste fantastic but they won't be as thick. If you like chocolate chip cookies, give these a try next time!
