These cookies are super easy to make, and use just basic ingredients. Eleven ingredients, and roughly 20 minutes is all you need to make these soft, gooey cookies. These would be perfect to make with leftover Halloween candy too! I don't know about you, but I have my favorite Halloween candy, and then I have some that tend to just pile up at the bottom of the bowl. Reese's Pieces are one of the ones that tend to pile up for me. They're delicious, but I tend to gravitate towards Mars Bars or Aero, leaving a whole pile of Reese's Pieces. I know what I will be doing with them this year though!
The name of these cookies says it all! Peanut butter cookies stuffed full of Reese's Pieces and milk chocolate chips. What more could you ask for? These cookies are so, so good they will be gone before you know it! They are so addicting that I had to give some away to make sure we didn't polish off the whole batch in just one day. We still managed to eat our fair share, and I'm already planning when it is reasonable to make these again.

Preheat oven to 350 F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, salt, and baking soda, set aside
In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter and butter until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes
Add granulated sugar and brown sugar and beat well, followed by eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly
Add flour mixture to peanut butter mixture in several smaller additions, mixing well after each addition
Mix in Reese's Pieces and chocolate chips until evenly combined
Drop by heaping tablespoon onto prepared cookie sheet about 1 inch apart
Bake in preheated oven 7-9 minutes, or until cookies are starting to turn golden

Saturday October 15, 2022What size cookie scoop is used?
Natalie
Saturday October 15, 2022you can use whatever size you want, and adjust the baking time accordingly. I prefer to use my smallest one that dispenses about 1.5 tablespoons of dough at a time, that is the size shown in the photos :)

Saturday October 15, 2022These look delicious. Did you use a cookie scoop, did you freeze at all before baking? I have been trying and trying to make cookies that have this shape. Mine always seem to spread too much and flatten out. Just wondering what the secret is

Saturday October 15, 2022Yes to the cookie scoop! And make sure the dough isn’t too wet! You should be able to press your fingers into it and it shouldn’t stick to your fingers - but should feel soft. No chill needed for these cookies
