Peanut Butter. Chocolate. Salt. Swirls. Do I even need to say anything else? These cookies are absolutely divine. They are soft, chewy, and so, so good. They even have a beautiful, swirled pattern.
The chocolate and peanut butter cookie batters are made separate and then combined together in this recipe. Be careful not to over mix the two, otherwise you won't get the swirled pattern, though they will definitely still be delicious.
I used an ice cream scoop to get perfectly round, big, cookies. These cookies do spread, so make sure you don't skip the cooling in the fridge. I promise, they are worth the extra 20 minute wait!
Try them for yourself and let me know what you think! Our 12 cookies barely lasted a day!
